These terms are the rules for using Tickled, an 18+ app for one-on-one video and audio calls, and for this website. By creating an account, joining the waitlist or applying as a host, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Tickled. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.

1.Who can use Tickled

  • You must be 18 or older. Tickled is for adults only. If you are under 18, you may not use it.
  • Hosts are women. Only women who are 18 or older can become hosts.
  • We may ask you to confirm your age or who you are at any time. We can close an account that we believe belongs to someone under 18.
  • You must be allowed to use Tickled where you live. We plan to open in India first.

2.Your account

You sign up with your phone number and a one-time code we send you. Please give us true details and keep them up to date.

  • One person, one account. Don’t share your account or sell it.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else is using it, tell us straight away.
  • Never share your one-time code with anyone, including us.

3.What Tickled does

Tickled lets you find a host, see her rate, and talk to her in a one-on-one video call or audio call. You can also chat, send gifts and top up your coins inside the app.

  • Hosts are separate people who use Tickled to take calls. We don’t write what they say, and we can’t promise that a particular host will be online.
  • Calls are for conversation. They are not medical, legal or financial advice, and Tickled is not an emergency service.
  • Tickled has not opened yet. Some things described on this website will only be available once the app launches, and we may change, add or remove features.

4.Coins, rates and payments

  • You buy coins with real money, in rupees, inside the app. Coins pay for calls, gifts and other paid actions.
  • The rate per minute is shown before you call. While a call runs, coins are taken by the minute. You can hang up whenever you like and you pay only for the time you used.
  • If your coins run out during a call, the call ends unless you top up.
  • Coins have no cash value. You can’t sell them, transfer them to someone else, or exchange them for money.
  • Prices are shown in rupees before you pay. Where tax applies, we show it or include it, and we give you an invoice where the law asks for one.
  • Payments are handled by payment providers and app stores. We don’t keep your full card number.

5.Refunds and cancellations

  • Coins that have been spent on calls, gifts or other paid actions are not refunded.
  • If a call fails to connect, or drops because of a problem on our side, you are not charged for the time that didn’t work, or the coins are put back in your wallet.
  • Coins you bought but haven’t spent are refunded only if the law says they must be, or if we charged you by mistake.
  • If you bought through an app store, that store’s own refund rules apply as well.

If you think you were charged wrongly, write to support@tickled.in with the date, the amount and what happened. We will look into it and tell you what we decide.

6.How to behave

Everyone on Tickled, callers and hosts alike, agrees to these rules. Please don’t:

  • show nudity or sexual acts on camera, or ask anyone else to, or send sexual or explicit content or requests;
  • harass, threaten, insult or pressure anyone, or use hateful or abusive language;
  • record, screenshot or share a call or a chat without the other person’s clear permission;
  • ask people for money outside the app, run scams, or pretend to be someone you are not;
  • involve anyone under 18, or say you are under 18 on Tickled;
  • break the law, or ask others to, or share anything illegal;
  • send spam, interfere with the app, try to get into other people’s accounts, or copy data from the service by automated means;
  • make false reports about other people.

If someone breaks these rules we can remove content, give a warning, end a call, suspend an account or close it for good. Where the law requires it, we may also report the matter to the authorities.

7.Hosts

Hosts take calls on Tickled and earn from them. To host, you apply on our website, then:

  • confirm your phone and email, and complete a secure check of your government ID, a live selfie, your PAN, and your bank or UPI details;
  • read and sign the host agreement;
  • set up your profile and your rate, within the limits we set, and wait for our team to approve you.

Approval is not guaranteed, and we can decline or end it.

  • You must be a woman, 18 or older. Your profile must show you, with your own photos and your real identity. Nobody else may take calls on your account.
  • You earn by the minute on calls, and from gifts and subscriptions, as set out in the host agreement. If the host agreement and these terms disagree about your earnings or payouts, the host agreement applies.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes. Where the law requires us to deduct tax before paying you, we will.
  • We never ask for your ID, selfie, PAN or bank details on the application form on this website. They are collected only in the secure check after your application is looked at.

8.Safety and moderation

  • You can report or block someone from any chat or call. Our moderators review reports.
  • To keep people safe, a moderator may watch or listen to a call when it has been reported or flagged, and automated tools may check small parts of calls for rule breaking. We may keep a short clip or image as evidence. We can end any call at any time.
  • If you are in danger, contact the police or local emergency services first. Tickled can’t respond to emergencies.

More on how we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy.

9.Ownership and your content

  • The Tickled app, website, name, logo and design belong to us. You may use them to use Tickled, and for nothing else. Don’t copy, resell, take apart or scrape them.
  • You keep ownership of what you add, such as your photos and messages. You allow us to store, show and process it so that we can run Tickled, keep it safe and follow the law. Hosts’ profile photos are shown to other people on Tickled.

10.Suspending and ending an account

  • You can stop using Tickled at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by writing to support@tickled.in.
  • We can suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if it is needed for safety, or if the law asks us to. Where we can, we will tell you why.
  • Closing an account does not undo anything that already happened, such as coins that were spent or earnings that were paid.

11.What we can’t promise

  • Tickled is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always work, be available, or be free of errors.
  • We don’t check everything people say to each other, and we are not responsible for what other people say or do. Please take care what you share, and never share your OTP, passwords or bank details.
  • As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses, and our total responsibility to you for any problem is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved.
  • Nothing in these terms limits anything that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email, and where the law needs your agreement we will ask for it again. If you keep using Tickled after a change, you accept the new terms.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we can’t sort out a problem by talking first, the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu can decide it.

14.Contact and complaints

Questions, billing problems, reports and complaints all go to the same place:

For a complaint, put “Grievance” in the subject line and address it to the Grievance Officer, Tickled. We will confirm that we have it and tell you what we are doing about it.
